About Us

NeoJadid International (NJI) is an international brotherhood organization dedicated to enhancing the social, economic, political, and cultural well-being of Turkic and Muslim communities. Simultaneously, it aims to establish a sustainable foundation for the continuity of the states formed by these communities. NJI operates as an institution firmly committed to the principles of justice and the rule of law while maintaining a strong adherence to Turkic and Islamic values. In this context, the organization assumes the mission of protecting individual rights, promoting social solidarity, uniting Turkic and Muslim communities across different regions, and integrating them based on shared values.

The rationale behind the existence of NeoJadid International is historically rooted in the ideals of the Jadid movement. Throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, the Jadid movement played a significant role in advocating modernization, educational reforms, and social cohesion within the Turkic and Islamic world, particularly among Muslim communities under Russian rule. Drawing from these ideological foundations, NJI aspires to cultivate a new class of leaders and intellectuals capable of addressing the challenges of the modern world. This new elite group will comprise visionary and value-driven leaders who can provide solutions to the pressing issues facing the Turkic and Islamic world at both national and international levels.

The organization primarily focuses on resolving key structural problems in the Turkic-Islamic world, including the lack of independence, meritocracy deficiencies, the spread of extremist ideologies, institutional weaknesses, and the incomplete establishment of the rule of law. To tackle these issues, NJI seeks to foster a strong network of social solidarity by uniting individuals through moral values, education, civic consciousness, and a spirit of brotherhood. Furthermore, the organization implements comprehensive programs aimed at expanding the economic and social opportunities for young entrepreneurs, equipping them for future challenges, and ensuring their participation in decision-making processes.

NJI’s vision and mission are shaped in accordance with the principles and strategies explicitly defined in its charter. The organization remains committed to serving as a platform that unlocks individual potential, provides guidance, and cultivates leaders capable of representing the Turkic and Islamic world on the global stage. Although the leading figures of the Jadid movement have largely achieved their aspirations—such as the nation-state, national army, national parliament, national currency, and national ideology—in line with their ideals of identity preservation, several critical challenges persist. Ensuring the rule of law, maintaining the functionality of institutions, and addressing threats such as extremist movements, personal ambitions, lack of meritocracy, corruption, and foreign ideological influences remain ongoing struggles that continue to undermine stability.

In response to these challenges, NJI adopts the following strategies by uniting Turkic and Muslim individuals under a common framework:
