What is SPA?
Information regarding the Virtual Parliamentary Academy (SPA) is outlined in Articles 84 to 88 of the NJI charter in accordance with the organization’s principles and objectives. Within this framework;
 
Article 84: The Virtual Parliamentary Academy (SPA) serves as a platform that promotes cooperation and solidarityamong Turkic and Muslim communities. It enables its members to analyze global events and submit reports to social media and official authorities while fostering their individual development. Additionally, it provides opportunities for members to practice responding to new challenges and ultimately contributes to NJI’s core mission of training qualified personnel for the emerging elite group within the Turkic and Islamic world. SPA operates as an advisory body under the NJI High Council, without an independent legal personality, and is accountable to the High Council in all its activities.

Article 85: The objectives and activities of SPA include:

  1. Organizing meetings with decision-makers of Turkic and Muslim states.
  2. Arranging and hosting official visits to and from international institutions and organizations.
  3. Establishing direct communication with politicians, military officials, diplomats, and academics.
  4. Supporting members in protecting their legal rights and interests.
  5. Collaborating with business leaders and opinion leaders on joint projects.
  6. Conducting educational programs aimed at building both practical and theoretical knowledge.
  7. Organizing youth meetings, events, and implementing youth projects.
  8. Facilitating student exchange programs.
  9. Hosting and participating in events at universities.
  10. Providing consultancy for individuals who aspire to take an active role in politics.
  11. Identifying legal gaps in youth-related legislation and proposing reforms for policy improvement.
  12. Reaching out to expert politicians in different countries, gathering insights, and fostering collaboration.

Article 86: The Virtual Parliamentary Academy (SPA) possesses its own legislative, executive, and judicial bodies.
Article 87: The functioning and operations of SPA are regulated by its internal charter. However, this charter must not contradict the NJI charter.
Article 88: SPA has its distinct logo, consists of 720 members, and each member is provided with an official badge and identity card.
